Yesterday, I ran 3 miles at the park in the glorious sunshine, and then I went to the gym and did PIYO and TurboFit. Then it hurt to get up from a chair for the rest of the night. But today I feel great!
The problem with working out harder is I get hungry! And then I eat! And then I need to work out harder! Today I am craving a bagel, which is pretty much one of the worst foods you can eat. But doesn't it look yummy?!
We've been eating leftovers all week -- Brunswick stew and grilled chicken and sweet potatoes. I love my husband, but I wish he'd say, just once, "Let's eat out tonight," instead of finishing the last of whatever's left in the Tupperware containers. I know it's healthier to eat at home, but the idea of not having to cook (even if we're only warming something up!) is just so freeing.
I won't be cooking this weekend since we're travelling next week, but hopefully I'll lots of food pictures from Florida!
Today I want to run 5 miles (and take the dog to get his nailed trimmed), tomorrow is PIYO and Zumba, and Sunday I want to run 8, but the weather looks cold. I hope I don't have to use the treadmill!
