Kickboxing

I found a new workout that I love! 

Zumba is fine. It's fun, you get to feel like you have rhythm, even if you don't, but sometimes I feel like it's not much of a workout because I'm concentrating too hard on not looking like an idiot the steps. So after Zumba at the gym yesterday, I stayed for Kickboxing.

Kickboxing is my thing.

Kick, punch, hit? I can do that! Get all my aggression out on a punching bag? I can do that! Kick as high as my ears? I can do that! 

I'm already planning my schedule around next Monday night's class. 

Tonight is Zumba (instead of PIYO -- I guess the PIYO class got changed. I'm kind of bummed about that) and HIIT Aerobics. I want to check them all out this week to see which I like best. 

Have I mentioned that the staff at the gym is awesome and super nice (and so far, kind of cute, even if they're in their twenties and when did I get so old?). I'm so glad that I got this Groupon to try it out!
