Spring Sickness: It's Not Just Allergies
We were in Florida for a week, and my computer died. New week, new computer...and somehow, between the weather change, the germs on the plane, and being around a certain someone with a cold--"it's just allergies"--I'm sick! I missed my long run on Sunday because I was taking a sinus headache nap and kickboxing on Monday, and I can't wait to feel better! It seems no matter how many times I say, "I'm not sick," I might be wrong.
Quick recap of Florida: we ate fish. It was delish. Grouper is awesome. Tilapia is awesome. Please don't tell me they're environmentally bad or full of toxins! Here are two pictures of Steve's salad and my fish tacos, and a T-shirt from the place where we had the best seafood, but we ate outside and it was to dark to get a picture. I have to figure out how make fish tacos at home!
So now we're home, and the daffodils are blooming! We didn't plant them, but they come back every year. With this cold, I hope exercise is like that...the work I already did will show results when I come out of my dormant hibernation and work out again!
